    Thanks, everyone! To answer sewbizgirl, yes, I quilted most of it on my embroidery machine using some designs I got from embroiderylibrary.com and I think kreativekiwi.com and possiblly a third site. (I really should make a point of looking them up and crediting the correct sites, but it's kind of late here at the moment.) The simpler quilting on the colored parts is just some echo stitching and one go around with a serpentine stitch here and there. All that was okay, but for some reason I got a wild hair at the last and tried to FMQ on the outer edge of the border, simply because hooping is harder there, and I would have had to baste on some muslin to do that (which is no big deal, but I wanted to get done!). Anyway, that part leaves a lot to be desired, but I'll never get better if I don't try.
