    Smile Carpenter's Star

Well, I have been posting on this as I go along. Got pieced together and have added border. Just love it!!! Enjoy looking....today we sandwich and get ready to quilt.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Diet Dr. Pepper in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

Love it. That pattern is one of my favorites. The main character in my novel is a carpenter. A blue Carpenter's Star is in the sky on my cover. Great work on your quilt.
