    Beautiful quilt. I have wanted to make one for about 35 or 40 years years. I just keep pushing the thought back and making tons of others.

    That is really pretty. I always enjoy Cathedral Windows quilts and have the utmost respect for those that tackle them. They are a lot of work but the results are so worth it.

    What pattern, I thought they were usually hand stitched, machine stitched interests me

    Cathedral window quilts were usually hand stitched. I found some instructions somewhere years ago and tried it by machine -- it works. I don't know where I got the instructions but a person could probably use Google to find the instructions. It takes a LOT of fabric.

    I don't know about that floral fabric being ugly because it sure looks beautiful with that white background. Your cathedral window is gorgeous.
