Cathedral Window quilt made by hand. This took ages to do but enjoyed using cream calico and scraps.
Next is reversible quilt as you go. Very relaxing to make. I have made 6 of these quilts using different size squares from 4" to 10" Ideal for a man's quilt.
Miniture quilt is paper pieced. My first attempt.

Wonderful pieces of handiwork. I am working on one; did you do the traditional way?

Wow, these are magic! Love the cathedral colours and this just goes to show what can be done when a quilter has flair, in the use of the scap quilt, I love all these, useing scraps and left overs, recycled fabric are my favourite kind of quilt, I think because they are close to the origins of quilting and even the scraps in the hand of a master can become a work of art, Well done!!

Just have to say the cathedral window quilt is my favorite quilt. My mom gave me mine for my wedding, she worked on it for a long time,to get it done. there is nothing like having a quilt hand stitched, especially by your mom, I'll make it an heriloom for my kids. MN Quiltlady

All your quilts are absolutely beautiful..

I hope to make a cathedral windows quilt and will follow Eddie's tutorial. Sewing binding on by hand is all the hand sewing I do. Never found it relaxing.
