Thought I would share my start on my cathedral windows quilt. I'm using the tute on our board. I love it. It's so easy to follow. It took a long time for me to cut out all those windows but it's going to be worth it ( I hope :-D ). I ordered two and a half bolts of the light blue fabric for the backing and spent a lot of time cutting out close to 900 little squares for the windows. I couldn't wait to start it. It's coming together nicely ( notice I didn't say perfectly because it's far from that ). Hope you enjoy the pic of my beginning. Some of the windows are just pinned but not finished.

Very pretty! You are much more patient than me :) I have started mine but I only cut enough for 30 or so blocks at a time :) Lots and lots of cutting and little squares! So I sew some cut some :)
