Default Cell Phone Wallet in the Hoop

Inspired by this post http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...s-t262437.html I want to share pic of my first attempt to this practical wallet pattern
Need to add the strap but overall I'm quite pleased.

The pattern is from Embroidery Garden.

Very pretty!! What embroidery machine do you have? I want to get one, but have no idea which brand I need or what features to look for. Any suggestions? I don't have a lot of money to spend, but really want to give it a try. Thank you for any suggestions you might offer.

I have a HViking T50. I'm no expert I suggest you shop around to get exposed to the different specs and base your purchase on what projects you want to work on. Do suggest you inquire about the price of accessories for the machine you choose. I've purchased different size hoops and am in shock of the high cost.

I understand Brother has excellent embroidery machines at affordable price.

My daughter received a Brother PE 500 4x4 embroidery machine from her MIL for Christmas that offers computer connectivity for importing embroidery designs from embroidery sites. It is a basic embroidery machine for less than $400 she got it through Amazon and she checks you tube for how to use it. She is interested in monogramming only. It's working for her.

I suggest you check all options; at times some of the high end machines even the better Brother model brands have great sales.

This morning the Brother PE 500 4x4 embroidery machine is listed at $299 at Walmart ($100 less than at Amazon!).

Does this pattern fit the new iPhone 6? I actually have the 6 Plus.

    Your project turned out nice!

Yes it does. Pattern includes instructions for the standard and the tall size cell phones. That's the cell phone I have (6 plus) and the cell phone wallet pictured above is the "tall" version of the pattern.
