I hate to think there is competition because I want everyone to love their own work....It makes me feel bad when people think everything should look one way or another. Quilting is a form of art...art is subjective...and I have never actually seen an ugly quilt....so two thumbs up for you!
Thanks! I dont like competition either. I just thought you might get a good chuckle. Your quilts(and so many others here) are beautiful but for some reason your stand out to me. Setting goals and having examples of how I would like to someday quilt. I've got a long way to go. You're an inspiration to so many of us.

I just order my new machine a few minutes ago. It only has a 15" throat but thats better than the domestic that I currently use for quilting.

I've been practicing here and there. I dont get much time, most of my time is spent making things for my little shop. Non quilting related items, mending things for people. But this week after getting back a quilt and not being 100% pleased I decided to take the plunge and work on my FM because I was going to try and fix the quilt myself. After posting my "issue" here, and hearing the responses I'm gonna ask the gal to fix the quilt.
