Beautiful work. Love them all, but especially the airplanes, since my husband is a pilot, and we used to have our own plane - in fact we flew to work every day (lived 110 miles from where we worked) so kept an old car at the airport near our work. What fun. So I do love airplanes.

    Hi Maryellis
Is that the Monster quilt? I can't remember if it was Oregon Patchworks or Embroidery Library. I have had my embroidery designs for quite a while. These were machine embroidery applique designs. Hope that helps.
There are no patterns as such for the actual quilts, I use a lot of 2 1/2 inch square and checkerboard designs to make the quilts to the size I want.
    Hope that helps

    Hi means35057
Most of the embroidery designs come from Oregon Patchworks, you can do a search of their site for machine applique designs and you will find hundreds. Hope this helps

    Hi mariereidy
I try to make them approximately 50 x 60 inches, it seems to be an easy size to get to with 12 blocks and a few borders.

    Hi Scrap41
The patterns for the Farm Animals is from The Craft Cubby which is an Australian company, they have a website www.craftcubby.com.au and the pattern is called Raggedy Farmyard

Mirabelle, these quilts are just wonderful! I cannot believe you make one a month! You are so generous with your time and I know that the recipients adore them. How could they not!!!

    Hi huntersgrammie
Most of the blocks are machine embroidered applique designs, I find them mostly at Oregon Patchworks. I subscribe to their weekly specials e-mail. I have very specific ideas of what I like to make so I don't have a lot of embroidery designs but the ones I do have are perfect for what I make.

My favourite has to be the Motorcycles, my husband used to own a Harley Davidson, I will definitely make another similar to this one again

Bless you for this wonderful gift. I have found out that children are so excited about receiving quilts and for these children who don't feel well, it is a fantistic gift.

These are so beautiful. May God bless you for your kindness. Truly you have learned that it is more blessed to give than to receive.
