I think the orange on blue is fun here, your pumpkins are well done! Did you mark it all out before quilting?

I too enjoy that special. Isn’t it true that younger people will not experience waiting and planning to watch a show when it is broadcasted. It is such a cute show. The challenge for me wasn’t whether the colors worked but that my quilting would be very visible. BTW, random, blue and orange are a popular combo on a top brand of dog toys, I think so it can be seen on balls and frisbees.

I think your orange thread for the pumpkins on the blue couldn't be more perfect! It looks awesome. I agree it is a bit unnerving quilting with high contrast thread. It seems like every wobble and goof is going to be so obvious, especially when your nose is only a few inches away from the project while you are working on it. I have found that once it is all done and you take it in as a whole you can't even see what you thought were goofs while you were working on it. In fact I have found myself really having to hunt for an area that seemed so bad while I was working on it that I couldn't spot it or had a hard time finding it in the end. So that helped me be braver when it comes to using a high contrast thread for the quilting.

Edited to add are the blue and orange dog toys you refer to Chuck It? My two love Chuck it but sometimes the game turns into a phrase that rhymes with the brand.

I like the pumpkins, nice job. I always disregard the dog hair, my quilts have the same problem. haha
