Me too! But I especially love the evidence of your love for someone going through a very difficult time and your desire to make it a little easier for her. You did a great job. Praying for your dsil. I hope she is cancer free very soon.

the more i look at your quilt the more i love it.
your choice of fabric and color is just great. I see the light in the top left corner and fading into shade. just beautiful. I too would love to know how you made it and I would also love to see the back.

Your quilt is just beautiful. Wonderful choice in fabrics and colors. I'm sure such a thoughtful gift will be well loved. Best wishes for your DSIL!

I love your quilt and the shading from dark to light. It symbolizes (to me anyway) "Hope". Great tote also. Will be used with the love you sewed into each stitch.

What a wonderful gift---and I love how you gave us the details so we can have them if we make our own!

No pattern. I cut each of the charms in half diagonally and sewed four halves together to make each square. I think I cut 1.5" strips for the lattice.

Forgot to mention that I used the leftover charms (that didn't look as good in the quilt) in the handle of the tote.

Thank you all!

Wonderful. Love the quilt. Am bookmarking this not only for the quilt but for all the suggestions of what would be needed. Virg
