Nope, I made this one up myself! I found the chicken fabric in two colors (at Mill End in Eau Claire, WI, I think), then I found the black with the triangles in all the right colors, then added the white with black triangles from my stash. I'm not so great at following patterns....I usually just start in the middle and work my way out to the edges.
