    Chicken quilt for my daughter

It has been a year of trying to use up scraps for me. This quilt was a blast to make, unfortunately my scrap pile still seems to be as big as it ever was!

Bet she loves it. I know what you mean about scrap pile. Mine seems to work on "the more I use the quicker it multiplies." Go figure!

Love your quilt. Is it your pattern or did you find it somewhere?

inspired by this blog post http://www.janicejenney.com/2010/chi...-quilt-blocks/ Changed the measurements used, added in quatrefoil blocks between the chicken blocks

I'm a chicken lover and have a whole kitchen full of them in every possible form. However, your quilt is the cutest chickern quilt I have ever seen. I hope your daughter enjoys it. But, oh the scraps, they just seem to never get used up.

Love the quilt. My daughter is into raising chickens. Like the idea of a wall hanging. Can you point us to the pattern?
