    I did aprons, skirts, in chicken scratch a long time ago. Loved it. Probably still have books on the subject. Would take a week to find them though. LOLL LOl and my sewing room is somewhat organized. LOL Problem is I keep everything.

    I've never heard of Chicken scratch either. That is one beautiful quilt you have there. I would love to do one in Black and Whites and maybe some reds. Lovely Lovely.

    1/4" Gingham Squares (the size of the checks in the material determines the size of the block which you want to make.) Their are differenent sizes of Gingham. I have done some of the 1/8" checks.
