    Christmas Bouquets stack and whack

This was one of my Christmas in July projects this year, an annual tradition for me. We will be going to Florida for my Granddaughters wedding on 12/13. We'll be staying with my DIL's Mom, so I will be giving this to her for a Christmas/Hostess gift. I love stack and whacks, there's a surprise in every block! The original fabric is in the border, I snagged this fabric from my Mom's prodigious stash. I've also attached a pic of the pieced backing, I used leftovers from the snw wedges to piece "orphan" blocks. I guess I can't really call them orphans when I made them for this quilt!

That is one of the prettiest Stack and Wacks I've seen. Great job!

Most beautiful. I really like what stack-n-whacks do with the fabric. Stunning quilting. This is a gift to be treasured.
