It is "SnowCrazy Machine Embroidery" by Jana Davidson. The pattern is for a 45x53" quilt with 10 different snowmen. I just used 5 of them for the runner. www.turnberrylanepatterns.com

Thank you for the info. I much prefer what you did, with the faces, than the original quilt pattern!

Thanks! I wasn't crazy about the noses being appliqued.
