Thread: Christmas gift

    This is a picture of the miniature quilt I made for my secret sister in quilt guild. I took a picture of my finger next to the quilt to show the size. (13" x 13"). Each 1 1/2" block has 16 pieces in it.

    Great job - I'm still struggling to do regular sizes.

    My eyes just can't do detailed work like that any more. I am sure your secret sister was amazed and thrilled - that is wonderful!

    That is wonderful. I can't believe you can work with such small pieces. I don't think my "plow hands" could do it. I am impressed!!!!

    That is absolutely precious! I have a few patterns for some mini's but I gotta go to the eye doctor first! lol :shock:

    "Easy Paper-Pieced Miniatures" by Carol Doak.

    Minda: Absoultely one of the best works I have seen on the forum. Wonderful colors, picture perfect stitching....ready for hanging. How do I join your guild so I can be your Secret Sister? Many hours went into your work....congratulations on a Blue Ribbon piece!!!! :D
