i have posted this a couple times now---but will one more time-
the tree skirt pattern is in the book---FRENCH BRAID OBSESSION by Jane Hardy Miller- it is her second book of french braid quilts- which are very beginner friendly patterns....they just look complicated- i did 'modify' mine and used 12 1/2" squares to start with instead of 'starting triangles' because my daughter wanted a really big tree skirt- which it is.
and the raggy quilt- the edges are not bound- i did a double line of stitching around the quilt then clipped the outside edges too.--(he's terrible about waiting for Christmas to open packages that come in the mail )
