    I'm new to the forum but here are some pillow cases I made for my grandkids for Christmas

    Really cute!! I love the candy cane fabric too. I almost bought some of it yesterday.

    I am going to make Christmas pillowcases for my granddaughters too--but you are way ahead of me.

    You could double the use of those pillowcases.....use them first as a gift bag. Very pretty.

    Thanks--they did. I make them for each holiday--Valentine's Day, 4th of July, etc. I even made one for their birthday with birthday cake or cupcakes/balloons etc. My 17 year old grandson wanted money for his birthday (don't they all!) so I found some fabric with dollar bills on it and so I made one for him out of the fabric and wrapped his card/money in the pillowcase. He got quite a kick out of it! They are fun and fast to make.

    Thank you so much for the link. I already printed it out and I cant wait to get started on one.
    Great idea to make them for special occasions...I'll keep that in mind.
