Default Christmas quilt for my sister

I just finished this quilt for my sister. In exchange for making the quilt for her, she bought fabrics for me to make one for myself. We both liked the retro look to it. I wasn't as successful as I hoped I would be in fussy cutting the printed ornament shapes, so I tried to use the best ones in her quilt. It's a wall hanging size, about 38" x 43".

We picked different backings and different backgrounds (used with the 4-patches and the half-square triangle units) so they aren't exactly the same. I'm glad I was able to get it done even while working on the Bonnie Hunter mystery. It should get to her before Christmas. I'm shocked!
