Beautiful, beautiful embroidered quilt. You put a whole lot of time into it & am glad that you are able to keep it for yourself. Take good care of it as it's a real heirloom in my books.

love it! My sister made one for her and decided she really didn't want it as a bed quilt so altered the settings too. She also did the embroidery on one for me (in greens) that I still haven't put together yet, but I'm thinking I don't really want a bed quilt either so thinking how to make into wallhanging. hmmm....

That is just beautiful, I have wanted to do one of these but that much handwork doesn't agree with me. Every year I see one and decide I'm going to do it but all it takes to change my mind is doing one binding on a bed quilt.
