I love that u two are staying in touch. Buddysmom has been my best friend for over 5 years and we have never met. I am on the west coast and she on the east coast and we met on an eBay item and we send each other things all the time. Stay in touch with your friend, it is so wonderful. What a sweetheart for sending you theses wonderful things. I love my friend Kimberly like my sister. She posts on this site al the time.

Thanks for all the comments. She wrote last night that she and her Mum may come over in a year or 2. I'm already excited!

The table runner is delightful. How special to connect with someone so far away, yet with computers we can stay in touch so easily. Fabric and candy from her homeland was a wonderful connection too. If I were to send candy that represented where i am from it would be See's. I am pretty sure it is a west coast treat. Happy Holiday to you and your friend.

Murphy1, I've never heard of Sees either! Yes, must be a west coast candy.
