:thumbup: They really seemed to love the quilt. My son just kept on saying on my goodness, oh my goodness. and thought the workmanship was beautiful - God love sons. :lol:

The goldish fabric is actually a black fabric with gold threads running through it. I found the fabric at a quilt shop approx. 4 years ago on the clearance rack and had to have it - thought it would work with an asian theme quilt for my son - at the time he didn't have a girlfriend - now he's married and in the process of moving back toward home as the new youth/family minister of our church
