I absolutely do not understand how Riversong (Caroline) could possibly whip these table toppers out so fast and perfect. It took me over a week to do this one. I am grateful to Riversong for so graciously answering my questions concerning this project. After seeing her beautiful toppers, I wanted to make one to take to my Bible Study Group Christmas party for an exchange gift. Whoever gets this will never know the blood, sweat and tears that I put in it.

Well if no one there likes it, I will gladly take it! I think it is wonderful. Some people just seem to be naturally able to do things quickly and have them turn out perfect. I always have to take things apart a couple of times and then am never satisfied with my work. Yours is beautiful.

WOW Beautiful Wish I were the lucky one to receive it. Did you appliqué the poinsettia? Is there a pattern for it?

The pointsettia is raw edge machine appliqued. I found the picture on the Internet. Riversong gave us the instructions to make the topper. Here it is.
