This is actually a UFO from last summer that I'm determined to get finished by this Christmas. It's all paper pieced and it's pretty intricate. The flying geese strips are actually kind of tedious and my least favorite part of this project. But it really is beautiful and the piecing is much more precise than I would do on my own. So far I have 2 wedges of 8 completed.

It's a paper pieced kit from Quiltworx called Christmas Celebration tree skirt. All that was included were the foundation papers and instructions. Almost all of the fabric (about 85% probably) came from my stash. It's a little scrappier than what they intended I'm sure, but I really am liking the look of all the different fabrics.
