I LOVE this quilt. I have to be honest, I've never really liked the churn dash block. This is the first time I've ever seen it used where I don't not like it, lol. I love the use of color. They blend in nicely. Great job.

Funny thing..a friend sent me a picture of a quilt she thought was the same. It was the 54-40 or Fight block (that is the name of the star block) I didn't like it with out the churn dash! They just seem to go together.

A QOV is a Quilt of Valor. They are quilts presented to service personnel either in the hospital or recuperating.
