I am stunned! What everyone else said times a thousand! Congratulations to you both! Kudos well earned!

Where did you get the patterns? Where did you get the fabrics? Did you yourself choose the fabrics and colors? Did you design the blocks? Does each block have a special significance? Are they state blocks? As you can tell, I am rather uninformed, but boy, would I love to learn.
I have absolutely no sense of design, proportion, color, etc. I have to have patterns and/or instructions and/or suggestions and/or groups of fabrics sold together. Then sometimes while I am working on something, my imagination will start and I can come up with things. But I could NEVER plan something like your gorgeous quilt. I envy your ability - wish we were neighbors!

Your quilt is one of the prettiest sampler quilts I've seen!! You chose just the right number of fabrics, IMHO, if you use too few, they can be boring, if you use too many, the pattern of the blocks can get lost. Great job.
