I am also working on a Civil War quilt. Some of my blocks are the same as yours. What I think is very special is the back treatment of your quilt...that is an awesome idea. My quilt is queen size with 25 blocks and I am trying to come up with a special idea for the center block of the quilt. I thought of 5 stars in a circle. Any ideas to pass along? Your quilt is beautiful and you certainly took it to yet another level with the backing. Thanks for sharing your work.
