Its the same steps as making the bows. When I am sewing the bottom, I make it 7in long and 3in wide give or take. Now on the sides hold the bottom up as high as you can, that keeps the sides from going out to far. I did use 100 ft of clothesline. And the handles I bought an old purse at the Good Will for 1 dollar. Total 6 dollars. Hope this helps!

That certainly does help, but one more question....
How did you put the cloth tab things on in order to hold the handles? Was this done by hand after the bag was all sewn? I'm a very visual learner, so sorry if this seems like an obvious thing.
