Default Color Block quilt

Hey everyone,
I decided to do the Debbie Brown QAL and managed to finish the Jan. quilt on the last day of Jan. All made from scraps, including top and back and the batting was leftover from another quilt, so it was a nice stash buster. I quilted it on my Sweet Sixteen using a curved and a straight ruler. Great fun. It measures approx. 63" x 63".

Thanks for looking,
Rob

Good for you, Rob...so you decided not to start in the center and spiral quilt it. Looks great.

Let me add to the accolades with one additional point. Your use of value and shading in your scrap blocks adds a depth and interest to the quilt - elevating from simple to sublime. And all it took was being a trifle more thoughtful as you arranged your squares. It's a lesson for me (and I hope other's).
