How long do you think each cat block takes you?

well, it depends on the cat. I think you can color it in a couple of hours. The embroidery takes a little longer, it's just a running stitch.

Some of the embroidery looked more detailed than a running stitch. I notice the product link mentioned this would make a good 12 month block. I just wondered if it would take an entire month to embroidery one of these beautiful cats.

Did you purchase their recommended thread completer sets?

wow that's beautiful, I want to do one for my gbaby, Isabella, who loves Elmo. I bought a coloring book from Michael's and it has big Elmo pics. Just can't find the time to do it, imagine that.

No I don't think it would take that long. I think it took me a couple of nights to do one cat. It is just a running stitch. I have never done embroidery before so if I can do it it must be easy to do. I did purchase the embroidery thread they recommended but I got it at my LQS. She had the whole kits put together.
