    Colours of Africa

    I saw this on the cover of an old British Patchwork & Quilting magazine on eBay and just had to make it. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out (although I should have made sure all the stray threads were removed before I photographed it ). Thanks for looking!

    I wish I was that good!
    The pattern was in the magazine, but it was actually quite tricky as the bottom half was overlaid on the top half in red/orange, so matching the bits and then reversing them took a bit of shoogling (Scottish word meaning 'juggling', lol).
