    Worth the extra effort to see this...thanks to all that helped show this excellent quilt. There is such a need for charity quilts.

    Thanks for the nice comments. Myra had a double mastectomy and Ruth's son died in his sleep - age 27 from heart attack. Reminds me - Life holds much of sorrow that we cannot avoid, so when you have the chance, when you have the choice, surround yourself with Joy, Children, Music, Friendship, Beauty, Silence and Heaven.- paraphrasing from Janice Kapp Perry. I believe quilters do surround ourselves with beauty and it provides us joy. I just love doing this.
