I so love this quilt. My mother lives in a huge old fashion built log house. (Not a kit type one) This quilt would look perfect on her quilt rack by her fireplace. Someday I will have to get the guts up to try something like this for her. I better hurry..as she is 77 now. ha ha ha

I am impressed with the after-look. Have done my share of rag baby quilts, but that is, of course, a different process. Never thought about raw-edge applique. Great, one more addition to my bucket list. It is getting so heavy I can't lift it.
