I love the kitties. Maybe the duckies could play on some other project. Do you have anything kitty themed for the border?

Very cute! I would skip the ducks.

I agree with you that the ducks are a little too much. Beautiful quilt and the green sashing is perfect.

I agree. I thought the same when you first posted with the sashing color question. Those ducks are charming but they need their own quilt with out the kitties, IMHO. Love the Kitties. Can you share where you found the pattern or are you the super creative type and you designed this yourself?

Hi WMUT, the Cookie Cat pattern is from American Quilter, March 2018 issue. I've sashed around with the green and yellow cornerstones and will save the Duckies. Hope to get it quilted soon then will show it finished.

Yes, the ducks will compliment another quilt. I still think I'd change the placement of the squares so the darker green is centered under the chin and in the outer corners. (like the ones in the center.) Am I too matchy-matchy? You have 3 with it that way and 3 with it "upside down".

Beautiful! This would be adorable as a puppy also. Does anyone know if this pattern is available with a dog pattern?
