STUPENDOUS! I was intrigued by the way you did that binding. Binding is my draw back. I can't do it. I don't have the time to hand stitch bindings on and I'm not sure I like the way they look stitched down.

But, that fancy stitch adds to it.

Of course, my little machine doesn't do that stitch.

I've got three quilts that are quilted over a year now that don't have the binding.

That's a fine comfort quilt that he will treasure and pass down through the generations.

Very fine, indeed.

I love that you did that for him! Anyone who's willing to put their life on the line deserve all the thanks they can get!

I also love your quilting group! I got lost on your website and nearly forgot what got me there in the first place!
