Seeing these reminds me of when I was teaching. A first grade teacher had a hobby horse in her room. The students would bring the lunch and attendance count to the office "riding" the hobby horse. I taught in a corner room on the way to the office. Every morning the student bringing the lunch/attendance count from that room would gallop down the hall toward my room, make a sound as if s/he were reigning the horse to a stop, check around the corner to be sure there was noone coming, then continue on to the office. I used to laugh every time. Thanks for the memory...
