Neat, I am going to make my doggie a quilt. I am going to get some dog fabric. I can't believe I haven't made him a quilt. Although it will either be tied or machine quilted. I don't think he would appreciate or care if it is hand quilted. LOL

I made my new puppy at quilt and backed it using minkee...now he'll only sleep on that side, smart doggy!

I love this site and have learned sooooooo much but sometimes I'm amazed at the hurtful comments by some people.
If you don't like high loft batting then don't use it but don't sound so critical when commenting on someone elses quilt. It's for her dogs and high loft would make it softer for them.

Check the poster's name....she made the comment herself.

I think that little quilt is cute as a button! High loft is hard for me to work with too...but it sure makes for cuddly quilts!

It was the quilter herself who wrote she hates it! I think she was just commenting on it because it's hard to work with!

High loft or not, I love that doggie quilt! Love the colors too.

My mistake. It's just that when I see anyone being critical it makes my blood boil.
It was a good way to get rid of that high loft batting.

I discovered a couple of days ago...if you iron it with your steam on max...it compacts it nicely. But your puppy quilt is adorable high loft or not.
