Here is my newest Country Tote, I made this for a girl at church so she could carry her bible in it. The labor was the biggest part as I used scraps from other totes/purses I have made in the past.

I want to charge a fair price that covers my costs as well as not be too expensive for her, what do you all think?

I was thinking of selling it for $25, a bible cover is at least $15 to $20 depending on size and fabric type

I love your tote. If I were a buyer, I would snap it up at lower than $20 but would pay between $20-22, and would have to think a bit about going higher. How will you market this? eBay? If so, I might start at $17 and see if you could get a bidding war going.

This is actually a custom order for a friend at church, she specifically asked for Red, Black and White Fabrics so that is partly why I was going a little higher.

I think I would charge $25. Just keep in mind, when she shows it to her friends, you may get more requests, so if you start out with a low price, then everyone will want it for that low price.

I think it's very cute. Great job. I can't help on the price. My niece asked me to make a tote for her like mine and I just gave it to her. I'm not good at pricing.

Very pretty. Good luck trying to sell anything. Seem some people want something for nothing, then they can brag to everyone what a great deal and they paid very little for it.

At least $25. Maybe even $30, depending on the number of pockets inside our outside, and whether it has a zipper. Zippers are not cheap.

Hi, your bag is very nice. My daughter and I have made purses and bags for years. We charge $25 to $40 for our bags. I have been advised by shop owners not to give my time away. It is more special when they appreciate the value.

I would not go less than $20 and tell her she got the 'friend' discount and if anyone else wants one it will be more. Otherwise you'll have all her friends wanting one for the same price you charged her.
