The blocks started out at 8 inches, if that helps on size..just love that collection...hard to track down, may not still be made...went searching on eBay, for the flowered and the blue checked.

It's so pretty. It'll make a great wedding gift. What a special mom you are to make this. Then again your son knows or he wouldn't have asked......

Congrats on your finish with time to spare! My son also asked me for a flannel quilt. I have 2 questions about your flannel choices...did you pre-wash it and did you use flannel for the backing as well as the quilt top? I didn't know if it would be too heavy using on both sides. Thank you!
