    I made this pattern on the day I bought my first featherweight at the store I bought it at. The shop lady cut it out for me with fat quarters and I used my FW to put these together. I had a very nice day at this shop and the girl that helped me was super. Sorry to say that shop has closed. Very nice memories made that day, I had just lost my Mother and appreiciated the time that was spent with me with a stranger. 5 years ago already.

    Think I'm going to have to find this pattern... good job .. like the idea of writing around the border.. and thanks for the tip on the outside border... I am just about to do a design on my baby quilt and would have forgot about the allowance..
