The Crazy Trees quilt is so much fun! I love it. And the blocks underneath look as though they are going to be fabulous, too. Great job.

Love your tree runner.I have the pattern but can't make myself buy the $25. spider ruler..Any alternatives? Did you use the ruler?

I did use the ruler, and loved it. I only bought it for this pattern, as I'm not a spiderweb block fan. Initially I tried to figure out how to cut the pieces without the ruler and without paper piecing it, but gave up and just bought the ruler. I was glad I did. It was so easy and accurate.

Yeah, I saw that when I ordered the pattern. I have a wedge ruler, different brand, I'll see if I can get away with that one!
