I've used that pattern...it was great to take with and not be so bulky to work on

Lovely! I love this pattern. I found one in soft greens and yellows in the thrift store last summer for $3.00. I bought it because I couldn't help myself knowing how much work and effort was put into it, never mind the cost of the yarn. I love it!

Gorgeous!!! I crochet and knit, but I have problems joining the strip together so I avoid these lovely patterns. Any tips to make my sloppy stitches look better?

Thank you. When you join strips do you crochet them or sew them? On afghans I generally crochet them together. If we lived just a little bit closer, I'd be happy to see if I could help you out. :)

Beautiful, I use to crochet, I gave it up for counted cross stitch, gave that up for only making quilts. Oldest Daughter still crochets, once in a while.
