This is the dress my oldest daughter (she's modeling it) made out of crown royal bags. She seems to have Mom's sewing gene. :)

Wow, that's quite the creation! I like how the train part is gathered. She has quite a bit of sewing talent!

Totally awesome!! I was a bartender for many years and have a fair amount of RC bags. I must do something like this, did you cut them apart? Did you save the drawstring? http://cluttergutter.com

I have no idea how she went about making this dress. She designs alot of her own things.

She also designs drapes, valances and cornice boards. She does all her upholstery and drapery sewing on my old Pfaff 545 industrial machine. That machine is at least 40 yrs old.

She is creative. And a skinny mini too, her skirts take like 1/2 yd.......lol
She like her younger sister, younger brother and an older brother have genius or near genius IQ's. Must be from Mom's side of the family......LOL It pays to read to them in utero and after wards. I also put headphones on my tummy and they listened to a variety of music while I was carrying them.

my neigbors daughter has at least a 100 of these bags and keeps saying she want's to make a quilt one day - although she doesn't sew. I will definitely share this with her.
