The best part is you just use stuff you have! I used the yogurt cup covered it with the brown cupcake farbric, filled that with batting scraps then covered the top with a scrap of pink fabric ( I hand sewed that around the edge ) then hot glued some beads I had lying around! And viola a cupcake pincushion... sooo simple yet soo cute!

I just purchased off ebay for a deal less than 10 with shipping a dozen wilton cupcake holders in the silcon? material so I could make cupcake pincushions for sale. Yours came out SO cute. I bet some pearl pin heads would look just like cupcake frosting toppers!

That is my plan too. I am going to get some special pins to put in it, this one is for a gift and I am going to make me one and I think some more to have to sell. They were just so easy but soooo cute!

Well... I am now thinking of keeping this one and making another one for the gift, I think I am really going to make a bunch of these as I get yogurt cups to keep to sell.
