This turned out awesome! You should send a picture of it to Karen McTavish, she loves to see work from her books, tutorials, classes, etc. Or at least that is what she said in the class I took. She is so down to earth and nice I am sure she would love to see it. Also please let her know how you went about creating it. And yes I think you should go for a whole cloth. This design you did is just breathtaking.

I had noticed the curved crosshatching when someone posted a link to Karen's book. It's nice to see it on a quilt. You did a fantastic job. I'd love to see a small wholecloth. :thumbup: :thumbup:
