I just finished this stitch-out of an embroidery design from a pack I just bought. (Bayberry Notions pack details on my blog) At first it scared me a bit because it required 23 thread changes....but I continued anyway. I really like it...Now, I have to think of a nice small project to use it. It's 5 x 7, so I could do a small sewing notions bag or something.

That is so cute. It could be a focal point in a quilt

Best to check and see if they can be sold, it should say on the package if sewed out designs can be resold.

To the folks who requested to purchase. LOL do you know how long this takes to create this stitch out? HOURS!!! And while it's true you are not activly involved the whole time, you have to sit there and monitor it. It's like folks asking you to make a quilt. The going rate for embroidery is $1/1,000 stitches and usually an extra charge ( $0.25 to $0.50) for each color change.
Very pretty design, however.

Yep, I do embroidery and that design would cost a pretty penny because of the number of stitches and thread changes!!!!
