My sister is having a baby girl in February. Her name will be Kali and this is the quilt I made for her. It is the first time I made the D9P pattern. The backing is made out of fleece-the same print as the borders on the top.

Great job! The quilt will be appropriate for when she's not a baby anymore too!

Are you in North Pole Alaska, close to Santa's House?

Very pretty, I'm sure the baby will like it. They like soft things next to them.

I was just looking at that yesterday thinking "I should change my location, Christmas is over now!"

    I love your baby quilt.

I have never put fleece as backing on a quilt. How is that to work with? Thanks. :-D
