I am not sure what Buggy Barn is. You do this block by laying out to contrasting fat quarters. Lay your star pattern on top and make your cuts. Take the outside pieces from the top fq and place on bottom. When you stitch each one you get 2 contrasting blocks. Not sure if this makes any sense or not but I hope so. Happy quilting..

I LOVE this quilt! Are the stars appliqued or pieced? Wow...what a beautiful effect! Did you use a commercially purchased pattern or did you make your own?

I searched under dancing stars for the pattern and couldn't find this one . I love these kind of stars and so does a girl I became pen pals with while she was in iraq. I really want to make her a star quilt and this one is perfect for her personality!
