Absolutely beautiful. The colors are so rich and gorgeous. Great job.

Edited to add: Incredible quilt. I went and read some of the instructions and what an incredible work of art. I can only dream of accomplishing that someday.

Love the colors and it looks difficult, but oh so pretty. I can relate on taking a while to finish a quilt. Took my 6or 7 yrs to finish one for ds & ddil

Your hubby might just spring for the cost of the kit if he really wants it. He has good taste.

marnfrank, your work is beautiful. love it!

Then decided that I had to get this thing finished if it was the last thing I did, so worked slowly at it and finally finished it up last winter. Then I put it together and had my local LA quilter do the quilting for me. My daughter will be happy that it is finally finished.
My husband saw that pattern in the Keepsake Quilting catalog I keep in our second bathroom for reading. He actually earmarked the page and said he'd like for me to make it. For me; however, I could not afford the kit but I did keep the page for further use......in case I can find and afford it later. Great hubby!!! He actually looks at my quilting catalogs!!!

Beautiful! Great job too. You inspire me to work on a project I have started several years ago and like you hit a snag and put it away. Really need to finish it! Thanks for the inspiration!
