Perfect! We were in Taos on one of our RV rambles on day of the dead a few years ago, and got a little bit of an education about it. I like the whole idea, and this year I set up a table for our long departed parents in honor of the occasion. It was a nice change from the usual Halloween setup.

It's a cute way to use that fabric. It would be a shame to cut it up in smaller pieces.
